Spirited Occasion has several packages designed just for your event needs!
FREE CONSULTATION
The Free Consultation is the client’s opportunity to discuss the event needs and what SO services are the best fit. The date, time, theme, and budget for the event will be discussed. Once the client books with SO, a deposit of 50% of the package fee is due. This non-refundable amount is deducted from the event total.
DAY OF COORDINATION SERVICE
The Day of Coordinating Service allows you to have a stress free and hands-free event. SO will coordinate with vendors and direct the ceremony and/or reception.
BASIC SERVICE
Purchasing & Ordering: selecting items for the event. Decorating: responsible for the set up & break down of the event. Scheduling: create a comprehensive timeline including preparations prior, during, & after the event. Logistics: develop a clear plan to ensure the event runs smoothly by creating an itinerary with a contingency plan for weather or other issues that may occur. Vendor Management: coordinate with vendors.
PARTIAL PLANNINGÂ SERVICE
Purchasing & Ordering: selecting items for the event. Design Selection: offer suggestions for the theme, color, décor, & venue. Decorating: responsible for the set up & break down of the event. Scheduling: create a comprehensive timeline including preparations prior, during, & after the event.
