FREE CONSULTATION

The Free Consultation is the client’s opportunity to discuss the event needs and what SO services are the best fit. The date, time, theme, and budget for the event will be discussed. Once the client books with SO, a $100 deposit is due. This non-refundable amount is deducted from the event total.

PROPOSAL SERVICE

Do you know the perfect way to pop the question, but need help to execute your vision? Or are you not sure of the right way to ask? Spirited Occasions is here for you! SO can help you pull off the greatest surprise ever! Scavenger hunts, signs, or even including your pet —we can help! This service also includes a photographer to capture the moment right when it happens!

INTIMATE/PRIVATE CEREMONIES

Our Intimate Ceremony Package offers All Inclusive planning for ceremonies with 50 guests or less. 
Our Private Ceremony Package offers All Inclusive planning for ceremonies with 30 guests or less.

Logistics: develop a clear plan to ensure the event runs smoothly by creating an itinerary with a contingency plan for weather or other issues that may occur. Vendor Management: make recommendations, hire & coordinate with vendors.

PRINTING AND LETTERING SERVICE

The Printing and Lettering Service includes custom-made invitations, programs, signs, chalkboards, and more. Our chalkboards are handwritten, and our programs can be personalized for your event, style, and budget.
